Dick, I always thought it was unusual that they didn't need one before. That should make the cost come down but it won't. Instead the state is licking
its chops at the anticipation of a windfall of money.
The same thing should apply to people fishing in freshwater. People lining the banks with cane poles keep the fish they catch. They are the biggest drain on the resource yet they get to do it for free. It's time they bought a license too. |

I'm not expecting much in the way of accountability, I have never seen that from any agency or level of government. I would be interested in seeing what
the before and after budgets look like.

I doubt it. Maybe a small percentage but mostly it would probably be pissed away by the politicians insatiable appetite for spending.
