Gil,As you requested, here's a picture of the dead snipe. I don't think I have a shot of the back of the group of 5, but I'll check... Also, for kicks and grins here are a few more gamebirds he's done.Jeff

Hi GilSeveral years ago (maybe 10-12) at the SEWE in Charleston there was a snipe carving that was the best I'd ever seen, at least until I started seeing some of Robbins'. It was a snipe about to be caught by a Peregrine Falcon. Don't remember the artist, but the carving was already SOLD by the time the general public (me) got there. Could that have been Robbins, do you know if he ever did one like that?Steve
